For someone who has spent many years dealing with stress and anxiety, I have decided to share what I have learned with you on how to deal with these two things which I believe go hand in hand. But first I want to share with you what is stress as defined by the dictionary. “ A state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances.” such as finals week at school or a large deadline at work. I think we all also suffer from stress whether we know it or not. While this is a scary concept to think about you do not need to worry. I say this because I am here to give you some advice. so my first tip for this series is to plant something. now I know how stupid this sounds but I believe that having something easy and stable in our lives helps us stay positive and stress-free or at least manageable. I know I find this to be a positive outlet in my life whether it gives me a little break to water them you can also talk to them and tell them your struggles because plants can't talk making them great listeners. now I don't know about you but I know I need some great listeners in my life. This is also a cheap and healthy habit. You can go to Walmart or any other local plant store to find something you think is pretty. so give it a try and don't forget to bless the stress.
