Music is life itself. People turn to music to deal with and relieve anxiety and stress. Research findings and science have supported the benefits of music that— bring on joy & comfort, spawn relaxation & calming, boost motivation & moods, improve mental alertness & memory, enhance one’s well-being with a plethora of other advantages.

Daniel Spurlock, Louisville Chorus Music Director, expresses the Power of Music this way. It’s been proven that music is extremely effective in helping us handle our emotions. It’s simple; Music is powerful whether you sing it, play it, or listen to it. We understand what music can do for people and we hope that you, too, will experience the power of music. Christmas and the Holidays are wonderful times that can bring us all together; it is through music that we get there.
